Q: Do I have to sign a lease?
A: Yes. We have a standard lease agreement that you are required to sign. Please view our lease agreement by clicking here.
Q: Is there a time limit I can rent the trailer?
A: Yes. We do require a 1 month minimum rental.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash and check.
Q: Is a credit application required?
A: Yes, we do require that you fill out a credit application.
Q: Can I pick up the trailer with my own tractor?
A: Yes. We do require proof of a valid CDL and insurance on your tractor.
Q: Do I need to call before picking up a trailer?
A: Yes. Most trailers are available for immediate pick up but it is best to call and confirm current availability.
Q: Can I pull a trailer with my truck or SUV?
A: No. These are semi trailers and can only be pulled with a semi tractor.
Q: Do you rent car trailers or horse trailers?
A: No. We only rent dry van semi trailers.
Q: Is your storage lot secure?
A: Yes. Lot hours are from 8am to 4pm. Gates are locked after 4pm and on the weekends.
Q: Do you supply locks for the trailers?
A: No. You are responsible for providing your own lock on the trailer.
Q: Can I load the trailer on your lot?
A: No. We require the trailer to either be delivered to your location or picked up for loading then brought to our yard for storage. Call for details.
Q: Can I work out of my trailer on your storage lot?
A: Our lot is strictly for storage. Call for details.
Q: Do I need to insure my contents stored in the trailer?
A: This is at your discretion. We are not responsible for any damage to contents. If you would like to insure your contents please contact your insurance company.
Q: Do you rent ramps, steps or forklifts?
A: No. Contact an equipment rental company for this service.
Q: Can I load the trailer with a forklift?
A: Yes. Please specify you will be loading with a forklift when ordering your trailer.
Q: Do I need to secure the load for transport?
A: Yes. You are responsible for the contents of the trailer and proper load securing.
